NEWS: Vala’s Orchard Cider Co. recently submitted seven ciders to the Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition, known as GLINTCAP, and received three Golds, two Silvers, and two Bronze medals!
Vala’s Orchard Craft Ciders are made with apples from our own orchard, pressed and fermented in the basement of the Cider Mill. All our ciders are then bottled and labeled, or kegged. Our ciders are gluten-free and most are 6.5% ABV.
Flavors: We will be rotating in small-batch special drafts throughout our season, including barrel-aged options, Pineapple, Blackberry, Summer Peach, and Habanero. Because our ciders are an agricultural product, they may change slightly from year to year, based on our apple crop.
